Academic Affairs promotes academic excellence and helps enhance Talladega College's interactions with students, faculty and staff, alumni, and community partners. Academic Affairs has developed several strategies to help accomplish our goal. These strategies include, but are not limited to:
promoting research and scholarship
redesigning classrooms and courses for deeper learning
adding more mentors to the mix
engaging local, state, national, and international communities as partners
energizing the educational environment
The Academic Affairs unit is committed to the mission of Talladega College to instill in its graduates the values of intellectual excellence, hard work, and morality. The Academic Affairs unit, along with the College, is dedicated to being a part of the diverse global society and seeks to instill an understanding and appreciation of diversity through its curriculum and multicultural faculty.
