Student Academic Teams
, students put their skills into action—researching, debating, building, presenting, and collaborating at a high level. These teams offer powerful opportunities to deepen subject knowledge, hone communication and leadership skills, and engage in real-world problem solving.
Whether advocating in a courtroom simulation, designing a robot, or defending a philosophical stance, students learn how to think critically, work as a team, and speak with purpose—all while building confidence that lasts a lifetime.

Debate
A rigorous and externally competitive elective and extracurricular program, the SAAS Debate Team develops students’ skills in research, argumentation, public speaking, and strategy as they compete locally and nationally.
