Need help? If you’re ever lost or need information and advice, our friendly staff at the
Student Hub
are your first point of call. The Student Hub (TN.G1) is in Twiverton (located behind the Refectory) at Newton Park, and in G18 (just off The Street) at Locksbrook.
A
Your
Academic Advisor
will be a member of the teaching team from your course and will be available to help and advise you throughout your studies at Bath Spa University.

team is here to help students and staff in their academic pursuits. Whether you’d like some feedback on your writing or help with Maths and Stats, thet offer a range of support, both in-person and online.

How do I register my attendance?
You need to use the My Bath Spa App to check into all your scheduled teaching sessions (including lectures, seminars and workshops) in order to register your attendance.

BSU SVLO and GBV support: Our team of Sexual Violence Liaison Officers and Gender-Based Violence Caseworker have had specialist training to support and advise students who have experienced any form of sexual violence and/or abusive relationship.
This service is available to all students, regardless of gender, sexuality, and when or where the incident took place.
Your SVLO will listen to you and discuss the options available. They can:
- help you decide what support you need going forward
- help you access that support
- provide you with information about possible next steps.

sexual violence, harassment and domestic abuse framework
is the University’s single source of information and outlines the University’s policies, procedures and campaigns for prevention, support and response strategies in relation to harassment and gender-based violence (including sexual misconduct).
If you have dyslexia, dyspraxia or other learning difficulties, the University can help you with the organisation of any arrangements and/or the implementation of reasonable adjustments to help you get the most out of your university experience.
