What are team member vaccine requirements?
As part of keeping your communities safe and healthy, UnityPoint Health requires the following:
Influenza vaccination during influenza season
Tdap vaccination within the past 10 years
MMR vaccinations, proof of vaccination or laboratory proof of immunity
Varicella vaccinations, proof of vaccination or laboratory proof of immunity
Tuberculosis testing
