VISIT SOUTHERN COLORADO'S BIGGEST AIR AND SPACE MUSEUM
Built on the site of the historic Pueblo Army Air Base, one of the largest heavy bomber training bases in World War II, the Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum (PWAM) at Pueblo Memorial Airport is worth the drive.
Explore one of Colorado's largest collections featuring military, space, and civilian aircraft, along with vehicles and artifacts that chronicle over a century of history. Spanning over 85,000 square feet, our two hangars and outdoor exhibits showcase a diverse array, including civilian and military aircraft, ground vehicles, missiles, and the Southern Colorado Space Museum.
Welcome to Pueblo, the hometown of four Congressional Medal of Honor recipients.

Our Newest Addition:
The A-10A Thunderbolt II, commonly known as the “Warthog,” arrived at the Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum in June 2025. This is one of the most iconic and unusual planes in the modern Air Force fleet. The Warthog is a close air support plane that flies low and relatively slow with a vast arsenal of weapons, making it greatly respected and loved by ground troops. Our airplane flew 64 missions in Operation Desert Storm.
In addition to Desert Storm, A-10s served in Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan), Operation Iraqi Freedom, Libya, Syria, and in Eastern Europe. Many veterans tell us that the A-10 saved their lives.
F-14 Donations
The U.S. Navy has confirmed that we have been selected to receive an F-14 Tomcat this summer. When this aircraft arrives, we will be one of only a few aviation museums in the United States, and the only one in Colorado, with an F-14, F-15, and F-16 on display. Delivery of the F-14 to the U.S. Navy began in 1972, and the last F-14 was retired from service in 2006. The F-14 Tomcat was highlighted in two movies (Top Gun and Top Gun-Maverick).
Donation Opportunities:
We want to thank you for your continued support, and donations will be used to acquire more aircraft for our museum.
Sponsorships will be recognized by levels on signage in the museum as well as on our website.
If you are unable to be a sponsor, we will gladly accept donations of any amount to help bring other aircraft to Pueblo! Everyone who donates is playing an important part in helping us expand our collection.
CONVENIENTLY LOCATED 10 MINUTES FROM I-25!
