Counselling Cell
The Counselling Cell of Tuljaram Chaturchand College provides supports and guidance for wellbeing of students for healthy mind and body through trained counsellors. It helps to resolve the emotional and psychological issues of students and community. This facility is available in the premises of the college that is carried out by trained faculty members as councillors. This cell motive students and community people to understand themselves well and intends to resolve psychological and mental problems of people which varied from personal, emotional, social to family, peer and academic areas. The testing helps students in their academics for setting goals as well as personal and social wellbeing. It acquaints students with various personality traits and supports them in their goal setting and choosing appropriate career. Moreover it develops their inter-personal skills that creates empathy towards others and create not only good human relationship but also healthy human society.
The counselling is done at individual and group levels with the help of different authorised tests that generates computer-based reports. The role of counsellor is significant in creating confidential and non-judgemental atmosphere. They are well trained to diagnose the mental condition of students and particularly stress, depression, anxiety, different addictions faced by students mostly in the academics.
The goal of the counselling :
It helps students to developing positive attitude, ability development, healthy inter-personal relationship, decision making, and goal setting and obviously to understand their potential despite certain problems and difficulties.

1. Intelligence & Aptitude Measurement :
This test is useful for students at the secondary level to the graduation level. It helps to identify the capacities and interest of students for choosing career in future. It is conducted through technology that generates computer operated report.
