Living on campus offers the full college experience, with easy access to housing,
events, and campus life. It helps students build friendships, develop life skills,
and stay engaged through free activities like sports, performances, and workshops.
By living in the heart of it all, you become an active member of the Blue Hawk family,

Woods Hall
View our Woods Hall rooms
Recently renovated, Woods Hall houses up to 128 students and offers a mix of traditional
double-occupancy rooms and updated suite-style living. The second floor features traditional
rooms designed for two students with shared restroom and shower facilities. The first
and third floors offer suite-style options for four students, including Standard Suites
with two rooms connected by a shared restroom and Deluxe Suites with two rooms, a
shared restroom, and a small shared lounge space. Residents also have access to two
kitchens, along with several study nooks and lounge areas throughout the building
for studying, relaxing, and connecting with others. Woods Hall is conveniently located
near Murphy Hall, King Pavilion, and the Student Center, home to The Perch Dining
Hall, Blue Hawk Outfitters, and the Blue Hawk Hub.

Delong Hall

Standing six stories tall, DeLong Hall can house up to 188 residents. The hall has
double-occupancy rooms in a suite-style configuration with four rooms sharing a private
bath. Four suites surround a lounge on each floor. In addition, the basement level
includes a kitchen and a large gathering area. DeLong Hall is conveniently located
near May, Stickney, Klinefelter,
Lowman
Walton
, and Wienbergen Halls and Scott Gymnasium.

Selke Hall

Selke Hall is a traditional favorite. This three-story hall can house up to 136 students
based on double-occupancy with shared bathrooms on each floor. The main level has
a community lounge and a kitchen. Selke Hall is near the Student Center where you’ll
find The Perch Dining Hall, the University Store, the Blue Hawk Hub, and the Sanford
Health Training Facility.

Main Campus Apartments

Main Campus Apartments are some of our most popular housing options. These traditional
apartment-style residences feature one-bedroom units, a private bathroom, kitchen,
and living room. Convenient tenant parking is by the entrances of each building. Main
Campus Apartments are close to Murphy Hall and within a short walking distance of
all DSU lecture halls. Students living in this residence have the option of purchasing
a meal plan.
Priority assignment given to Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate Students.

can house up to 20 residents. The hall features single-occupancy, air-conditioned
rooms in a suite style configuration. Each suite shares a private bath and furnished
common area. In addition, each level includes a kitchenette and a large gathering
area.

There are three levels of meal plans for you to choose from. The Perch campus restaurant
is open 15 hours a day, seven days a week. Eat any time The Perch is open, as often
as you want. There’s no limit to the number of card swipes per day or week.

Main Campus Apartments may be available at a rate of $300/month per person, based
on availability. We will calculate summer charges based on your housing agreement,
regardless of how long you’ll be staying.
Please note the Sodexo dining hall is not open during the summer.
