Dolphin Dining Hall
We’re excited to share some important updates to our school lunch program for the 2025–2026 school year!
Middle & Upper School
Students in our Middle and Upper School divisions will continue to enjoy delicious meals from the Dolphin Dining Hall, thoughtfully prepared by our talented chefs—Madeleine and Chef Browning.
Lower School & Sea Pines Montessori
We’re thrilled to introduce a new lunch service for our Lower School and Sea Pines Montessori programs provided by Signature Events and Catering by SERG. This exciting partnership will bring fresh, high-quality meals your children will love. In addition to our new lunch service provider, we will be hosting our Sea Pines Montessori and Lower School students in a new lunch room! A new lunch room has been created at Sea Pines Montessori where students in Prep Kindergarten - 5th grade and the Lower Elementary classes will have lunch.
(Please note our Pre-Primary students will eat lunch in their classrooms and will not have a hot lunch option at this time.)
How to Order Lunch
All families will continue to order lunches through our existing platform, the EZ School App, managed by Hilton Head Prep. No need to learn a new system!

Lunches must now be ordered two weeks in advance.
Example:
To order lunch for the first week of school (August 12–16), you’ll need to place your order between Monday, July 28 – Sunday, August 3.
We recommend setting reminders to stay on top of the ordering windows!
Menu Rotation & Updates
For our Lower School and Montessori students, menus will operate on a 3-week rotation. (Example: If Taco Day is Tuesday, August 12 it will be taco day again Tuesday, September 2) We’ll assess student and parent feedback mid-year and refresh the offerings for the winter semester based on what students are loving most.
