The Intelligence Community Inspector General
In accordance with Title 50 U.S.C.A. Section 3033, the Inspector General of the
Intelligence Community (IC IG) conducts independent and objective audits, investigations,
inspections, and reviews to promote economy,
efficiency, effectiveness, and integration across the Intelligence Community.

Privacy and Civil Liberties
The Office of Civil Liberties, Privacy and Transparency (CLPT) leads the integration
of civil liberties and privacy protections into the policies, procedures, programs
and activities of the Intelligence Community (IC). Its overarching goal is to ensure
that the IC operates within the full scope of its authorities in a manner that protects civil
liberties and privacy, provides appropriate transparency, and earns and retains the trust of
the American people.

is responsible for the overall management of the ODNI EEO Program, and
provides IC-wide guidance in developing, implementing, and measuring progress
in EEO.

ODNI’s Partnership Vision
The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) seeks to partner with the private sector (loosely defined as any non-governmental entity) to share information, collaborate on initiatives, and acquire critical technologies and capabilities. As the lead organization for the integration of the intelligence community (IC), ODNI builds new partnerships with the private sector and assists partners in identifying and facilitating relationships across the IC. Partnerships can take many forms and benefit both ODNI and our partner IC elements by increasing our respective access to cutting-edge research, knowledge, data, funding, networks, and expertise. Partnerships also benefit the private sector through sharing of non-classified security information, promoting transparency, harnessing innovation, and transforming the lives of people around the world.

Strong Relationships and Coordination across the Intelligence Community:
ODNI’s mission is to provide coordination across the 18 elements of the IC. The ODNI’s Private Sector Group can facilitate new relationships, build public-private partnerships, and provide access to the intelligence centers – The National Counterterrorism Center, The National Security and Counterintelligence Center, the National Counterproliferation and Biosecurity Center, the Cyber Threat Intelligence Integration Center, and the Foreign Malign Influence Center.
Analytic Exchange Expertise:
ODNI’s analysts have deep technical, sectoral, threat, and country knowledge. Through these two-way exchange programs, private sector and government analysts can share their experiences and insights. The ODNI and Department of Homeland Security Analytic Exchange Program (AEP) organizes teams of analysts from the private sector, academia, and public sector across all levels of government to work on unclassified deliverables of national security interest. Technology Review and Procurement:
The ODNI provides an open window for technology demonstrations and can facilitate and direct companies to acquisition solicitations that provide a pathway to procurement.
Front Door:
The ODNI Front Door provides open and equal access to private sector counterparts to engage ODNI. We are actively seeking expert and information exchanges in priority areas. In Quarter 1 of Fiscal Year 2024, the ODNI Private Sector Partnership team is specifically interested in engaging on the following topics:

Venture capital firms making investments related to national security
Partners working on solutions to upgrading legacy IT systems
