Municipal Corporation Lahore (MCL) is the relevant department for Construction Permit for Warehouses.

Where can I submit the application for residential plan approval?
As per PLGA, 2013, Municipal Corporations, Municipal Committees and District Councils are competent to approve a building plan, so apply to the concerned local government for the approval of building plan.

Where can I get the building plan application form?
The application form may be obtained from District Officer (Planning) or Municipal Officer (Planning) as the case may be.

What is the procedure of getting a water connection?
• Application form to be obtained from TO (I&S) office
• Water Supply In charge reports – field condition
• Sub-Engineer verification
• Allowed by competent authority in TMA
• Fee charges deposited
