Welcome to the Williamston Museum at the Depot
We’re excited to welcome you to the museum. There’s always something new to discover!
Plan Your Visit
The Williamston Depot Museum is nestled in the charming town of Williamston, Michigan, just 15 miles east of Lansing. You'll find us at 369 West Grand River Avenue. Our museum is dedicated to preserving the history and treasures of Williamston and the surrounding townships of Leroy, Locke, Wheatfield, and Williamstown.
Our Mission Is Simple
We're here to gather, preserve, and share the rich history of the Williamston area. We offer a variety of educational experiences through our engaging presentations, fascinating exhibits, and guided tours.
2026 Admission
The Museum is open from 1-6pm every Wednesday. Admission is free, though we gladly accept donations to support our mission.
*The museum will be closed on Wednesday, May 20th, 2026
