If you have already been practicing these movements with your Physiotherapist, then feel free to utilise the videos in a way that works best for you.
If these are new to you, remember to start low and slow, gradually build up when you feel confident and safe.
When you start any new activity it is normal to feel an increase in symptoms, this is because you are working on building strength and fitness, this will settle as your body gets used to the new activity.
Before you start, think about ‘how much, how many and how fast’ you will be able to manage of these movements.
