Newton Park
Historic listed buildings, ultra-modern teaching facilities and rolling hills – we've got it all.
There can’t be many campuses that rival Newton Park. It's steeped in history, and was designed by the well-known landscape architect Capability Brown in the 18th century.
At the heart of the campus is our ultra-modern academic building,
Commons
. Facilities include open-access, technology-enabled study space; social learning space; bookable group working rooms; a café; and outdoor amphitheatre.
It's home to the best specialist digital and studio resources for teaching in the South West – equal to anything found in top commercial organisations and broadcast companies.

Our state-of-the-art Commons building sits alongside our award-winning University Theatre and purpose-built concert hall, the Michael Tippett Centre.
