Transportation — School of the Holy Child Transportation Transportation arrangements vary from family to family at School of the Holy Child. The school day begins at 8:00 a.m. We recommend that students are dropped off by 7:50 a.m. each day. This enables girls to have time for morning interactions with classmates and teachers and prepare for the school day. Students are dismissed at 3:00 p.m. Carpooling Carpools can often be arranged with other Holy Child families in your area. Our students come from 72 communities in Westchester, Fairfield, Putnam, New York, and Bronx counties. Current parents can view other Holy Child families who live within a 10-mile radius of their household using their Veracross Portal directory.
