At the beginning of the new academic year, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the esteemed colleagues—Vice Presidents, Deans, Vice Deans, Faculty Members, and the Supporting Staff. I am fully confident in your sense of responsibility toward our students and in your tireless dedication to their benefit. We are all partners on the path of knowledge, working sincerely for the sake of God Almighty.
I also take this opportunity to congratulate the university’s administrative staff on the occasion of the new academic year, reminding everyone that every job is a reflection of the person who completes it and leaves a mark of excellence. May our beloved university attain the prestigious status it truly deserves.
To my dear sons and daughters—students of Matrouh University—I wish you all the best as we begin the new academic year 2024–2025. On this auspicious occasion, I am pleased—along with the Matrouh University family—to welcome you as part of this academic institution. I pray that God Almighty protects and blesses you, that you become a valuable asset to this nation, and that you achieve success and excellence, fulfilling our hopes for a prosperous future for our beloved Egypt.
Finally, I address the community of Matrouh: The directives of our national leadership and Egypt’s Vision 2030 require all of us to unite and cooperate for the renaissance of Egypt. Establishment
Matrouh University was established in accordance with the provisions of the Universities Organization Law No. (49) of 1972 and its executive regulations, and by Ministerial Decree No. 1715 of 2018 amending some provisions of the executive regulations of the Universities Organization Law by adding Matrouh University to the universities stipulated in Article 2 of the Universities Organization Law.
