Commencement | Long Island University Congratulations, Class of 2026! Long Island University will recognize the graduates of the Class of 2026 at the Centennial Commencement Ceremony. The Undergraduate, Graduate and Doctoral Ceremony will be an opportunity for you to share the excitement and importance of your academic accomplishments with peers, family, and friends. The University will celebrate our graduates in-person. Any graduate or guest who cannot attend Commencement in-person may view the celebration virtually. Commencement Date Change: The LIU Brooklyn, Global, Hudson & College of Pharmacy Commencement ceremony, originally scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026, will now take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the Barclays Center. The Barclays Center informed the University of a scheduling conflict on their end and required that we move our date. As a result, we must adjust our Commencement ceremony accordingly.
