Institutional Affairs
The Corporate Affairs function at Mengo Hospital operates under the Executive Director’s Office and plays a central role in shaping the institution’s public image, building strategic partnerships, and advancing its mission through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
As the voice of the hospital, Corporate Affairs is responsible for institutional branding, public relations, internal communication, and overseeing the hospital’s partnerships and corporate social responsibility efforts. The function ensures that Mengo Hospital maintains a strong, trusted presence in the healthcare space, both locally and internationally.
Corporate Affairs also supports departments across the hospital in amplifying their work, documenting impact, and promoting alignment with the hospital’s values and objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the hospital’s brand and reputation
Coordinating media and public engagement
Leading stakeholder and partner communication
Supporting internal communication and staff engagement
Organizing corporate events and CSR activities
The function works closely with the Executive Office and other directorates to ensure consistency, transparency, and professionalism in how Mengo Hospital is represented to the world.
