Since then, the department has grown to cater to a wide range of OB/GYN services to meet the growing needs of a diverse population. The department consists of a general ward (Mpereza), a private ward (Annie Walker East), and a newborn unit. With over 6,000 deliveries conducted annually, it provides a full range of obstetric and gynecological care for women at every stage of their lives.
