Booking Information Amphitheatre (01/04/2026 TO 31/03/2027)
The Plaza Complex has a Amphitheatre which is round in shape with stepped seating capacity of 250. This is an ideal place to organize small scale Cultural activities like classical Dance or vocal concert, Rock Amphitheatre band, Street play lectures etc
Timings of the Amphitheatre:
11:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Rent for preparation (If Art Gallery is vacant before Event day) & For windup (If Art Gallery is vacant after Event Day) : RS.200/- Per Day
Rent for Installation of LED Screen by organizer in Amphitheatre open area: Rs. 500/-
Banner Charge Non Commercial: (A) 2 Banners free of charge (Size 4*6 sq.ft ) Total 48 sq.ft Free. (B) Rs.100 Banners charges (Size 4*6 sq.ft ) (Rs.4.17/- per Sq.Ft) Per Day
Banner Charge Commercial: (A) 2 Banners free of charge (Size 4*6 sq.ft ) Total 48 sq.ft Free. (B) Rs.500 Banners charges (Size 4*6 sq.ft ) (Rs.20.83/- per Sq.Ft) Per Day
Other taxes will be charged as per Government Norms.
Booking can be done 150 days prior to the actual day of the programme.
