This service is for holders of a valid Singapore driving licence who need to update their identification status from FIN to NRIC, their name as per NRIC/FIN, or their photos in their driving licence, to make an appointment to make the change at the
Traffic Police Headquarters
located at 10 Ubi Avenue 3, Singapore 408865.
1.1 Pre-requisites or Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must bring the following items and documents on the day of their appointment:
Identification Card (e.g. NRIC/FIN);
Valid Singapore Qualified Driving Licence;
One recent Singapore passport size photo (white background); and
NETS/Debit Card/Credit Card/SGQR for payment at the service counters in Traffic Police Headquarters.

$25 (inclusive of GST) for licence replacement. Accepted payment methods at the Traffic Police Headquarters service counters include NETS, debit card, credit card, and SGQR.
