Founded by the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Carondelet in 1882, OLP has successfully educated young women for 140 years to meet the needs of society, always with a focus on the CSJ charism of "unifying love".

A lively and rich Campus Ministry coordinates the entire OLP faith community in seeking to live out the ideals of Jesus in the Catholic tradition. With an attitude of conviction that each of us is called to love and serve, OLP Campus Ministry fosters leadership development for our faith community and toward a better world. Students and faculty work together taking leadership roles in facilitating retreats, planning liturgies, organizing justice awareness activities, and serving others in San Diego and across the world.
