Healing Through Hands-On Science
Welcome to our Healing Through Hands-On Science Toolkit!
Healing Through Hands-On Science is a partnership between the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum and C.S. Mott Children's hospital. Together we delivered interactive, science programs in the hospital for patients and families, and health-focused programs in the museum setting for our community. In addition, we worked with two other museum/hospital pairings from around the country to help them explore their own partnership.
This toolkit, which details starting your own hospital collaboration, example programs and curricula, as well as lessons learned along the way, was created as a result of our work.
We wanted to share with anyone who might visit this page, but this is intended mostly for museum educators. We hope you find it useful!
