Senior Balance Clearance & Issuance of Diplomas
Please be advised that your degree will be officially conferred and your diploma released only after your outstanding balance has been settled. To assist you in planning accordingly, or if you require help in resolving your account, our Business Office team is readily available to provide support.
ALL students should confirm their mailing address on file in Elements. It is the student’s responsibility to update information within Elements. Contact the Registrar’s Office if you have any questions.
Diplomas will be mailed six (6) weeks after Commencement for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 Graduates/Completers.
Diplomas will be mailed six (6) weeks after Summer II concludes for Summer 2026 Graduates/Completers.
Diplomas will not be mailed if a student has an outstanding financial balance with the College
Graduate Regalia Pick-Up
Graduate regalia will be ready for pick-up located in Bray Hall, Room 107, on the following days and times:
Monday, April 20th - Thursday, April 23rd | 10 AM - 4 PM
Friday, April 25th after Commencement rehearsal | 2 PM - 4 PM

Week of Events
Pilgrimage Walk to Founder’s Gravesite
Friday, April 24th at 9 AM | Riverside Cemetery
Line-up behind Bray Hall for the processional to Riverside Cemetery.
Seniors who are planning to attend should meet in the Bray Hall parking lot no later than 8:45 AM.
Commencement Rehearsal for ALL Graduates (
Mandatory
)
Friday, April 24th at 11 AM | New St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church
Rehearsal Address: 1670 North Royal Street, Jackson, TN 38301.
Rehearsal is mandatory for all Graduates participating in the Commencement Ceremony. There are no exceptions, unless you have prior approval from the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs.
Please bring your cap and hood to the rehearsal.
Baccalaureate Service for ALL Graduates (
Mandatory
)
Friday, April 24th at 5 PM | William H. Graves Auditorium (CMAC)
Keynote Speaker:
Dr. Darrell L. Harrington, Senior Pastor of New Sardis Baptist Church
Business attire (dark colors) is required for Baccalaureate.
President’s Reception for Graduates and Parents
Friday, April 24th at 6 PM | Upper Kirkendoll
Ticketed Event Only
(tickets will be issued at Graduation Rehearsal).
The event immediately follows Baccalaureate. Business attire (dark colors) is required for the Baccalaureate.
Commencement Ceremony
Saturday, April 25th at 10 AM | New St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church
Keynote Speaker:
Kimberly A. Blackwell, CEO & Founder of the PMM Agency
Ticketed Event Only
(tickets will be issued when Graduates pick up regalia/cap and gown; see Graduate Regalia section below)

Graduates will be issued 10 tickets only. No replacement tickets will be available. Please do not lose your tickets once they are issued.
Overflow will take place in the William H. Graves Auditorium (CMAC) on the Lane College campus (no tickets are required).
Business attire (dark colors) is required for Commencement.

Year Reunion Graduates
Saturday, April 25th at 12 PM | Upper Kirkendoll
Alumni who are not fully registered with the Office of Institutional Advancement/ Alumni Affairs will not be permitted to participate in the line march during Commencement. Academic regalia is required.
