Title IX
It is the policy of PCOM to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972,
which prohibits discrimination (including sexual harassment and sexual violence) based
on sex in the College's educational programs and activities.
Title IX also prohibits retaliation for asserting or otherwise participating in claims
of sex discrimination. PCOM has designated a Title IX Coordinator and Deputy Title
IX Coordinators to coordinate PCOM’s compliance with and response to inquiries concerning
Title IX. In addition to the grievance procedures outlined in the
current policy
, a person may also file a complaint with the Department of Education's Office for
Civil Rights regarding an alleged violation of Title IX by visiting the
Office of Civil Rights complaint forms page on the U.S. Department of Education website
or calling

Reporting by Phone
To report concerns of sexual harassment by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, call:

. This is a private report to Ethicspoint which can be anonymous by indicating that
during the intake.
Online Report Form

. This form can be submitted without the inclusion of the complaining person's name
or other identifying information, if desired, in order to report anonymously. This
form is sent directly to the Equal Opportunity and Access Manager (Title IX Coordinator).
You may also submit reports pertaining to potential violations of the PCOM Code of
Conduct and institutional policies, including anti-discrimination, anti-sexual harassment
and Title IX at

Equal Opportunity and Access Manager (Title IX Coordinator)
To ensure compliance with Title IX, the President of the College has designated a
Equal Opportunity and Access Manager (Title IX Coordinator) who will:
Serve as a resource for students wishing to report any acts of sexual harassment or
gender-based discrimination.
Provide oversight for all Title IX complaints and identify patterns, issues or problems
regarding those same complaints.
Review and support the informational initiatives enabling students, staff and faculty
to fully understand sexual harassment as a form of sexual discrimination.
The College does not discriminate on the basis of sex in the operation of its education
programs and activities, pursuant to its obligations to comply with Title IX and other
applicable laws and regulations. If you believe you have experienced sexual harassment,
you have the right to file a complaint with the College, the local police, or both.

(Title IX Coordinator), a Deputy Title IX Coordinator or the PCOM Hotline. Or, complete
