Frequently Asked Questions
PCOM Admissions
View frequently asked questions about the admissions process, academic programs, financial
aid and more at PCOM, PCOM Georgia and PCOM South Georgia.
How much is tuition at PCOM?
Visit our
cost of attendance pages
to view estimated costs for each program.
Does my parents' income affect my financial aid eligibility as a graduate student?
As a graduate or medical student, you are considered to be an independent student
on the FAFSA. FAFSA no longer allows parents income information on the FAFSA for independent
students.
Additionally, PCOM will never ask for parent income information and the College's
financial need-based scholarships are considered purely on the student's information.

applying for financial aid.
How do I find out about scholarships and eligibility?
Visit our
scholarships page
to learn about various institutional and private scholarship resources available
to students.
Does the amount of aid I received as an undergraduate affect my aid as a graduate
student?
No. In general, the graduate or medical student financial aid process is different
from undergraduate aid. Your financial aid awards from undergraduate will not affect
your graduate or medical student financial aid awards.
Does PCOM offer religious accommodations?
Yes, PCOM offers a process for requesting religious accommodations.
PCOM respects the religious diversity of its students and will attempt to grant absences
and make reasonable accommodations whenever possible.
Religious accommodations can include excused absences and reasonable modifications.
Accommodations will be considered in cases where genuine conflicts exist between a
students' sincerely held religious belief or religious practice and educational program.
Such modifications must not fundamentally alter curriculum requirements.
If you are requesting religious accommodation and have questions, please contact the
Equity and Title IX Manager at:
titleixcoordinator@pcom.edu
.
Does PCOM offer student housing?
Housing for students is available on the Philadelphia campus at the
