Looking for an opportunity to get ahead this summer?
With industry-specific topics and real-world experience, our summer camps are far from ordinary. We offer students of all ages a chance to expand their learning with fun, engaging opportunities for exploration. With science, tech, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) camps, we’ve got a complete spectrum of learning programs for K-12 students. Check out this year’s camps and find more details below!
School & College Camps
Architecture in the City
The Architecture in the City Virtual Summer Camp is a 3-day virtual program for high school students interested in exploring architecture and design. Students will receive an introduction to the field of architecture through a series of interactive architectural and design lessons from CU Denver’s College of Architecture and Planning faculty. Students will apply these design ideas and methods to create their own models at home.

BOLT
BOLT is a camp for high school students that teaches about biomedical engineering and some of the exciting career options available for STEM-focused students. Though the experience will be different than the in-person camp the Department of Bioengineering typically hosts at CU Anschutz, virtual BOLT will still be filled with interesting topics and activities designed to introduce high school students to biomedical engineering and leadership topics.

GenCyber Camp
The GenCyber Summer Camp program at the CU Denver Business School provides exciting, hands-on cybersecurity experiences for students at the K-12 level. Students will explore various aspects of cybersecurity with hands-on exercises and games, including ethical hacking, social engineering, computer and digital forensics, networking fundamentals, cyber threats, cybersecurity careers, ethics in cybersecurity, and online safety.

LYNX Arts Camps
The LYNX National Arts and Media Camps are summer immersion programs for high school students interested in music and the arts hosted CU Denver and sponsored by the CU Denver College of Arts & Media. The camps are designed to provide students with an educational preview of the college programs offered in the College of Arts & Media while also providing students with an inspiring and memorable summer camp experience.
