College of Arts, Management and Social Sciences
The College of Arts, Management and Social Sciences seek to produce graduates imbued with the ability to understand and make a contribution to the development of Nigeria and the Global Community as a whole. This is to be achieved by equipping them with a broad foundation in the general field of Management and Social Science as well as specialized knowledge in a particular discipline there in; prepare them to meet the human resources needs of a developing society and develop in them entrepreneurial knowledge, with a sense of public responsibility and a spirit of self-reliance.
The college currently runs the following Programmes Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Criminology & Security Studies, Economics, English, International Relations, Mass Communication, Political Science and Psychology with full accreditation. Our students after completing their programmes will also be graduating with a certificate in Entrepreneurial skills.
Philosophy and Mission of the College
The philosophy and Mission Statement underlying the programme of the College of Management and Social Science is to produce graduates imbued with the ability to understand and make a contribution to the development of Nigeria and the Global Community. This is to be achieved by equipping them with a broad foundation in the general field of Management and Social Science as well as specialized knowledge in a particular discipline there in; prepare them to meet the human resources needs of a developing society and develop in them entrepreneurial knowledge, with a sense of public responsibility and a spirit of self-reliance.

Centre for Distant Learning and Executive Programmes (CEDLEP)
The College also runs Part-Time programmes. The programmes include Business Administration, Accounting and Mass Communication. Also, the centre started its Certificate & Professional Diploma Programmes in Criminology & Security Studies on the 14th of January, 2022.

Achievements
The College since its inception has matriculated a good number of students which cuts across the nine (9) programmes in the college.
The college convocated her first set of graduates in 2018 from the Departments of Accounting (3), Criminology & Security Studies (2), and Psychology (1), total of six (6) students.
The college has convocated five sets of graduates from the various Departments of the College.
Full Accreditation of all programmes with the NUC.
Successful and impactful monthly seminar series.
