The Title IX Coordinator reports to the Office of the President and has authority to carry out any functions relevant to compliance and enforcement. Every student and employee is subject to Title IX and has an affirmative duty to report violations and cooperate with investigations, including requests for interviews or information from the Title IX Coordinator whose principal mission is to prevent discrimination or harassment. Investigations, whenever practical, will be completed within sixty (60) days.
