The Philip A. Zaffere Library is a vital part of campus life, supporting students through study, research, and academic success. Located on the Owings Mills North campus and connected to the Manning Academic Center and School of Design, this 42,000-square-foot academic hub brings the campus community together with flexible spaces for studying, collaboration, research, and events, along with offices for faculty and staff. Librarians are also available to meet at the Owings Mills South and Greenspring campuses or virtually, providing accessible support wherever students need it.

The library offers a variety of spaces, including open group study areas, reservable rooms for collaborative work, quiet individual study pods, and traditional tables for independent study.
