Mynegeion chwyddiant a phrisiau
Rydym yn defnyddio mynegeion prisiau, megis y Mynegai Prisiau Defnyddwyr (CPI) i asesu chwyddiant - mesuriad o'r gyfradd cynnydd mewn prisiau ar gyfer nwyddau a gwasanaethau. Un modd o ddeall y CPI yw meddwl am fasged siopa fawr sy'n cynnwys detholiad o'r nwyddau a'r gwasanaethau a brynir gan aelwydydd. Mae'r CPI yn amcangyfrif newidiadau i gyfanswm cost y fasged hon.

Consumer price inflation, UK: March 2026
Beth sydd yn y bwletin?
The Consumer Prices Index including owner occupiers' housing costs (CPIH) rose by 3.4% in the 12 months to March 2026, up from 3.2% in the 12 months to February.
On a monthly basis, CPIH rose by 0.6% in March 2026, compared with a rise of 0.3% in March 2025.
The Consumer Prices Index (CPI) rose by 3.3% in the 12 months to March 2026, up from 3.0% in the 12 months to February.
