As of the end of January, the number of accidental and undetermined overdose deaths is lower than the previous three-year average (2023-2025 January).
As of the end of January, emergency department visit rates for overdoses are lower than the previous three-year average (2023-2025 January).
So far in 2026, Windham County has a statistically higher rate of emergency department visits for overdoses compared to the rest of Vermont.
We have an 8-week lag in reporting most overdose data. This minimizes changes to the posted numbers.
