Life moves fast, and your needs often come last.
MyTime
is a space where you can pause, connect, and easily focus on yourself—without guilt, without pressure.
Over ten weeks, you’ll meet with other women who understand your pregnancy or parenting journey, share your experiences, and grow alongside you as you foster resilience.
You’ll discuss topics such as stress, substance use, relationship challenges and more as you build skills for a healthy lifestyle.
Free childcare and meals are provided
to make this a space where you can focus on yourself.
