Many thanks for providing the opportunity to savour the sights, sound and smell of a wide range of machinery much of it massive. It is all real and reflects the knowledge and work of the volunteers who enhance visitors' experience by answering questions and providing tactful guidance. I was fascinated to see what was involved to start up some of the engines, some of which which clearly have special needs. I doubt that there are many places which can appeal to both 5 year old Florence and her shortly to be 75 grandfather. The children's area was first class with all manner of actual equipment children could operate to reinforce what is required to provide clean water and what can be done with it. I will certainly visit again.
