Just across the Red River, Moorhead, Minnesota expands these possibilities, making the two-state metro area a dynamic place to study, work and explore.

Seasons at NDSU
North Dakota experiences all four seasons, each bringing a unique atmosphere to campus. In spring and summer, students enjoy outdoor seating, walking paths and green spaces. In fall, the tree-lined campus glows with vibrant shades of yellow and orange. During the winter, skyways and tunnels between buildings make travel more comfortable.

I chose NDSU because I love the beautiful campus, it has an amazing college of business and I just love Fargo. I think everyone should at least visit the campus and see the beauty of this place. It feels so comfortable and it really is a great place to be.

NDSU’s campus, established alongside the university in 1890, has grown from a small agricultural college into a thriving academic and research hub. The first building, Old Main, still stands as a historic landmark. Originally serving as a classroom and dormitory space, it now houses administrative offices. Today, the campus blends historic architecture with state-of-the-art facilities, creating a dynamic environment for students, faculty and staff.
