Our Strategy
The documentation below identifies the

required to deliver our vision, ongoing value to our members and to build upon our programme of work for the benefit of the wider book industry.
2023-25/26 -Strategic Pillars
For the next 3-4 years, BIC’s programme of work and annual strategic priorities will be determined and informed by 3 overarching Strategic Pillars (or foundations), as follows (click on each for more information):
