The goal of the Quyana Care Coordination Center is to make the journey to and from ANMC as easy and stress-free as possible for our patients and customer-owners. They do this by helping coordinate arrangements with specialty clinics and regional health providers, and providing our patients with one number to call 24 hours a day. The Quyana Care Coordination agents coordinate travel to ANMC, making lodging arrangements and providing Anchorage airport and hotel transportation information. Upon confirmation of appointments and travel, customer-owners, specialty clinics and regional health providers will receive a confirmed appointment letter with key travel information. Agents will also call our patients and customer-owners prior to their travel date to ensure they are ready to make the journey to ANMC and to review travel information.
