Our approach to meaningful and effective participation with NSW people and communities. NSW Health Pathology partners with communities, customers and staff to strengthen our services and systems, and improve how people access and experience our services. We are passionate about providing services that matter and make people feel valued and respected.

brings to life our commitment to put people at the heart of all we do. It’s centred around the principles of respect, awareness, trust, safety and inclusion.
We want to work more closely with people with lived experiences to design and deliver services that meet their needs and that they can easily access and use.
