Community Partnerships
Our approach to meaningful and effective participation with NSW people and communities. NSW Health Pathology partners with communities, customers and staff to strengthen our services and systems, and improve how people access and experience our services. We are passionate about providing services that matter and make people feel valued and respected.
We are working more closely with our customers and communities than ever before.
Our
Customer and Community Partnership Framework
brings to life our commitment to put people at the heart of all we do. It’s centred around the principles of respect, awareness, trust, safety and inclusion.
We want to work more closely with people with lived experiences to design and deliver services that meet their needs and that they can easily access and use.
This aligns with:
Our NSWHP Strategic Plan (
Towards 2025
)
NSW Health’s Elevating the Human Experience
The
NSW Design Standards
The
National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards
(partnering with consumers).
This is the beginning of our journey to ensure all our services continue to be built on care and connection.
We’d love to hear from you or partner with you.
If you are interested in learning more or partnering with us, contact

NSW Health Pathology acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land across NSW whose cultures and customs have nurtured and continue to nurture this land. We would like to pay our respects to the Elders past, present and emerging, for they hold the memories, the traditions, the culture and hopes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across the state.
