The University of Saint Louis Tuguegarao conducted its Junior High School (JHS) Completion Exercises on March 27, 2026, at the James Ter Meer Gymnasium, celebrating the achievements of the Grade 10 students.
The program commenced with a Baccalaureate Mass at the Good Shepherd Chapel, presided over by Rev. Fr. John Mark D. Barroga, CICM, Vice President for Mission and Identity and University Chaplain.
The highlight of the ceremony was the awarding of certificates to the completers by Rev. Fr. Macwayne N. Maniwang, CICM, PhD, University President, together with Dr. Luisa B. Aquino, Vice President for Academics, and Dr. Emily T. Mabborang, Basic Education School Principal.
The ceremony was attended by university officials, faculty members, staff, and proud families who gathered to witness and celebrate this important academic milestone of the students.
