How to Enrol | Preshil

We know that choosing a school is a big decision. Our enrolment process is straightforward, personal and designed to help you feel confident every step of the way.
1. Visit us
Start by
booking a tour
of the school. It’s the best way to get a feel for our learning environment and ask any questions. Even better if you bring your child along—they can explore the space, meet some of our staff, and start to picture themselves here.
If tour dates are full, email
admissions@preshil.vic.edu.au
and we’ll help find a time that suits.
2. Submit an application
If you’d like to move forward, complete the
Application for Enrolment
form. This lets us know your preferred entry year and provides critical information so that we can have an informed and productive conversation when we meet.
Once submitted, we’ll confirm whether your application is complete or if we need any additional information.
3. Meet with our team
Once we have a complete application, we’ll arrange a time for you and your child to meet with key staff—this might include our Principal, Heads of Campus or classroom educators, depending on your child’s year level.
Further meetings may be scheduled as needed to ensure a supported and thoughtful transition.
4. When a place is offered
Following the meeting(s), we’ll be in touch to confirm whether we’re able to offer a place.
If an offer is made, you’ll have
14 days
to complete the Confirmation of Enrolment form and pay the enrolment fee (outlined in our
Fee Schedule
).
5. Starting school
Once confirmed, we will confirm the start date and let you know about orientation.
We’ll make sure your child’s transition into the Preshil community is smooth and supported.
