The Office of Human Resources is dedicated to supporting the principles, values, vision, and mission of Tougaloo College by providing services that promote a work environment that is characterized by fair treatment of staff, open communications, personal accountability, trust, and mutual respect.
By anticipating and meeting the changing needs of the workforce; enhancing services through innovation and creativity; and demonstrating and maintaining a healthy work environment, the Office of Human Resources supports the College's operation through its most valuable resource…our employees.
