In connection to the Bill of Right to Information 2005 No. 22, the Uttarakhand Ayurved University has constituted an Authorized committee who assure the compliance of the bill. As the main theme of the Bill is to assure transparency in official work of Government Departments and to provide information to the public who desires any information regarding official documents following officials have been designated as Appellate Authority and Lok Suchana Adhikari:
