USC Office of the Provost
Stay informed on issues in higher education that impact your time at USC by reading the announcements from the Office of the Provost, including campus safety, diversity and inclusion, and DACA.
Student Counseling Services (SCS) – (213) 740-7711 – 24/7 on-call
Free and confidential mental health treatment for students, including short-term psychotherapy, group counseling, stress fitness workshops and crisis intervention.
National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
– 1-800-273-8255
Provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Relationship and Sexual Violence Prevention Services (RSVP)
– (213) 740-4900 – 24/7 on-call
Free and confidential therapy services, workshops, and training for situations related to gender-based harm.
Sexual Assault Resource Center
For more information about how to get help or help a survivor, rights, reporting options, and additional resources.
Office for Equity, Equal Opportunity, and Title IX
– (213) 740-5086
Works with faculty, staff, visitors, applicants, and students around issues of a protected class.
Bias Assessment Response and Support
Incidents of bias, hate crimes and microaggressions need to be reported allowing for appropriate investigation and response.
The Office of Disability Services and Programs
Provides certification for students with disabilities and helps arrange relevant accommodations.

CSI connects with members of the USC community when they need support in achieving their academic, professional, and/or personal goals. We can provide consultation, in person or over the phone, to learn more about your individual situation so we can provide guidance and help you connect with relevant campus and community resources.

When OPE receives a complaint, the staff reviews the information provided and assigns it to the appropriate investigative office (such as the Office of Equity, Equal Opportunity, and Title IX, Human Resources and Faculty Affairs), ensuring a timely resolution is reached in accordance with established procedures.

Culture Journey
The USC Culture Journey is a university-wide initiative to align the Trojan community around the values that unite us, work on demonstrating behaviors that bring those values to life, and develop opportunities to improve our systems and processes.
Office of Religious and Spiritual Life
For online meditation, mindfulness classes, spiritual care and pastoral counseling visit the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life.
USC Emergency Information
Provides safety and other updates, including ways in which instruction will be continued if an officially declared emergency makes travel to campus infeasible.
USC Department of Public Safety
