Order Transcripts Online (PDF) or by Paper
To have your transcripts sent to another institution, you may select one of these options:
Electronic PDF delivery of your transcripts is processed by the
National Student Clearinghouse
. The cost is $4, which includes $2.25 for the transcript fee and $1.75 for processing. Follow the link at right and enter requested information. Select “Electronic PDF” as the delivery option. College of Saint Mary will then upload a PDF copy of your transcript to the Clearinghouse’s secure web server. The receiving institution will be notified to pick up the transcript via email with a login and password.
You may use any major credit card and it is not charged until College of Saint Mary mails or uploads your transcript. College of Saint Mary downloads requests daily. You can track your order online to view the progress.
For an additional processing fee of $2.25, you may also select the delivery option of "mail" and an official copy will be mailed by College of Saint Mary. College of Saint Mary does not charge a transcript fee.

When requesting a transcript, please include any special instructions, such as graduate or undergraduate transcript, special handling instructions, if not to be mailed until after grades are posted or degree is recorded. Also, please tell us why you need a transcript, such as transfer to another school, job application, graduate school, boards, etc.
If you are not returning to College of Saint Mary, please indicate your reason for leaving. Your statement will help us better serve our students.
