Reporting Complaints & Concerns
Students, faculty and staff who need to report an incident or have concerns and feedback about Augustana University services and staff can find links to getting those addressed on this page. Through the use of these forms, Augustana can respond to complaints, and track and address reports effectively and efficiently.

Distance Education Concerns and Complaints - SARA
Before filing a complaint with SDBOR, please file through Augustana's internal complaint process. Students who are unable to find satisfaction with Augustana's internal complaint process may file a complaint with the SDBOR.
