Prior to joining NIEHS he spent 5 years with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) where he was a Grants Specialist with the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Natural Resource Conservation Service, and the Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC-BC) Business Center. Clark graduated from Miami University, with a B.A. in Psychology and received his M.B.A., from Webster University. Clark is a retired Marine Corps Logistics Officer who served for over 20 years.
