Metro respects civil rights
Metro fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes requiring no person be excluded from the participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, sex or disability under any program or activity for which Metro administers.
Metro fully complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act that requires that no otherwise qualified individual with a disability be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination solely by reason of their disability under any program or activity for which Metro receives federal financial assistance.

Metro provides key information about its programs and services in the following languages: Arabic, Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Khmer Cambodian, Korean, Lao, Persian, Romanian, Russian, Somali, Spanish, Tagalog, Thai, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.

Accessibility for people with disabilities
You are entitled to free communication aids, interpretive services, and other accommodations that help you to participate equally in Metro programs, activities and services.
You can access these aids and services upon request. All Metro meetings are wheelchair accessible. Individuals with service animals, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, are welcome at Metro facilities. How do I submit a complaint?
You have the right to file a complaint with Metro if you believe you have been discriminated against or denied benefits or services because of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. Every effort will be made to address complaints.
