According to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 17 January 2018 No. 55 (hereinafter — the Resolution), fax messages and other electronic documents received by e-mail with or without a qualified electronic signature (qualified electronic seal) are not subject to registration.
Accordingly, fax messages and other electronic documents sent to ARMA’s official e-mail address (info@arma.gov.ua) with or without a qualified electronic signature (qualified electronic seal) are not subject to registration if they are received from subjects of electronic document management.
In accordance with the Resolution, the The System of Electronic Interaction of Executive Authorities (SEI EA) is recognised as the main form of interaction between executive authorities.
If documents are received by ARMA’s official e-mail address (info@arma.gov.ua) from persons who are not subjects of the SEI EA, their registration is carried out only if they contain a qualified electronic signature (qualified electronic seal).
