Each and every time I visited Ambrose, I was welcomed with kindness. They made an effort to individualize each conversation and really got to know me. Ambrose truly did check every box that I had, as well as created new boxes I didn't even know about and checked those as well.

When I came to visit, I saw how welcoming everyone is and how tight-knit the campus is. Being able to see all the buildings, and all the events and activities here that anyone can do every single day really helped me in that process of finding this as my home.

I visited the campus several times, and whenever I was there people would come up to me and say ‘Hi.’ It made me feel more comfortable and I felt like I was apart of the community already.

St. Ambrose was actually the first college I visited and I fell in love with it. Meeting with the faculty in my department during my visit was a big help, especially since my dad didn't know much about the college process. As a first-generation student, I felt that St. Ambrose was able to guide me and my family through the process.
