The
Wellbeing Helpline
is delivered by an external partner, Howdens Health Assured on behalf of Student Wellbeing Services, who oversee and monitor the quality of the service provided to Bath Spa students.
The Wellbeing Helpline is a confidential service to give Bath Spa University students immediate access to advice and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Students can speak with a trained practitioner about a range of subjects including stress and anxiety, debt, education pressures, low mood, relationships, legal queries or anything else you feel is impacting on your mental health and wellbeing.

You can make your way to any hospital that has an Accident and Emergency (A&E) department.  It might help to ask someone to accompany you.

suicidal thoughts
, talk to someone. There's no right or wrong way to talk about suicidal feelings – starting the conversation is what's important.
You can contact your GP/medical practice during its normal opening hours. Contact the medical practice at which you are registered and ask for an urgent appointment.
