About Café Josephine
Café Josephine
is committed to organic produce sourced as much as possible from local farms within 100 miles of the San Francisco Bay Area. The café aims for zero waste, using re-usable containers or compostable ware for grab-and-go items. Named after the Museum’s visionary founder, Josephine Randall, the mission of Café Josephine is to serve as a vibrant community hub. Visitors are invited to stay longer to enjoy exhibits, classes and other museum programs, or just to enjoy the Randall’s panoramic city views as a lunch or coffee destination.
Soups by the Quart
We are partnering with Soup Club SF – run by my buddy chef Emily Welch – to bring back take-home soup quarts from the cafe. The soup of the week will be
posted on our site
on Tuesdays.

Introducing our new bakery partner Campagnon Bakery!
Join us every Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday for delicious baked goods and pastries straight from the
Campagnon
kitchen in SOMA. Their cinnamon roll, brioche filled with cinnamon sugar and topped with cream cheese frosting, is so good!

Catering
Café Josephine will also serve as the preferred caterer at the Randall Museum. With its onsite kitchen and staff, Café Josephine will be able to work with clients for events large and small – birthdays, bag lunches, weddings, corporate events, and more. Café operator,
Satchel
, is a family owned and operated company. Owners of Satchel, Sahara O’Hanlon and Jason Strutz, have worked internationally with organic farms and have both worked in operations management in the San Francisco food industry for a combined 30 years. Satchel is strongly committed to offering healthy, delicious food and strong customer service.
